• Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects in alignment with curriculum goals, guiding the learning process and communicating these targets to students.
• Utilize formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.
• Participate actively in all Team meetings and school-wide professional development.
• Maintain strong, positive partnerships with families to support student success.
• Assumes other duties reasonably assigned by the principal.
