Job summary
Lakeville Area Schools ISD 194 is looking for a Community Education Cheer Instructor I to lead and plan the elementary cheerleading squad's practices and competitions. Starting 5/1/2026, the position requires experience in competition cheerleading and skills in working with children. Responsibilities include choreography, communication with parents, and working closely with community ed and coaching staff. This is a non-licensed position with a stipend pay rate, approximately 2 hours per day.

Run and plan all practices.
Communicate with parents on schedules and season expectations.
Lead and/or assist in routine choreography.
Work with community ed to assist in planning events.
Work with coaching staff to ensure skills are consistent within the program.
