Responsibilities include building positive relationships, guiding learning toward curriculum goals, and using varied instructional strategies to meet diverse needs. Massachusetts licensure and SEI endorsement are preferred requirements.

• Carry out the school's disciplinary code fairly.
• Assign tasks that reinforce instruction and communicate progress to parents.
• Provide written assessments and referrals for students with special needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional growth opportunities.
• Model appropriate learning and behavior; attend staff meetings.
