Primary Purpose:

Provide students with appropriate in-person and remote learning activities and experiences in the subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

Must have Bilingual EC-4 (Spanish) or Bilingual EC-6 (Spanish) Certification.

Valid Texas teaching certificate or industry experience for local credentialing.

Demonstrated competency in the subject area assigned.

[Physical Education Teachers: Current automated external defibrillator (AED) certificate]

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of the subject assigned.

Knowledge of curriculum and instruction.

Ability to instruct students in person and remotely.

Classroom Management and Cyber Security knowledge.
