Worcester Public Schools is seeking a Teacher for the Assessment Stabilization Program (ASP) at Clark Street Community School. The role delivers grade-level instruction in a multi-grade setting using PBIS andResponsive Classroom approaches, aligning with district standards and state frameworks.

Responsibilities include rigorous instruction, ongoing assessment, and collaboration with staff to support diverse learners, including English language learners and students with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Appropriate MA DESE Licensure - Elementary 1-6.
• SEI Endorsement.
• BA Degree.

Responsibilities

• Remain up to date regarding curriculum content.
• Plan and assess curriculum and instruction effectively.
• Mentor students’ understanding of the curriculum and adjust instruction as needed.
• Manage classroom environment effectively.
• Use instructional strategies and technology to increase student learning.
• Promote high standards and equity for diverse learners.
• Support students with special needs, including 504 plans and ESL learners.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
