Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CT teaching certificate in Art PK-12 required or endorsed.
• Experience with PBIS and SRBI preferred.
• Ability to adapt teaching to diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Advises, assists, and supervises students with internships and community projects.
• Evaluates student performance and maintains records, including report cards.
• Develops, updates, and implements curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintains communication with parents and engages in parent conferences.
• Participates in staff development and mentoring new teachers.
• Performs classroom management duties and ensures a safe learning environment.
