Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks an energetic Soccer Coach to lead safe, fun sessions for children aged 5–12 in New Jersey. You will implement our curriculum, motivate players, and reinforce positive learning in a non-competitive setting.

The ideal candidate has soccer coaching experience, a passion for child development, and can work 2–10 classes weekly, including weekends and afternoons. Competitive hourly pay reflects your commitment and availability.

Qualifications

• Active, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong soccer/coaching background; experience playing or coaching.
• Ability to provide individual and group instructions to children ages 5-12.
• Follows safety protocols during sessions.
• Availability for weekends and afternoons.

Job description

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *2-10 classes a week and can earn from $25per hr up to $35per hr.

• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements
