Job summary

Amazing Athletes in Sarasota, FL is seeking a part-time coach to lead age-appropriate sports classes for elementary children. You will follow our curriculum, create an inclusive learning atmosphere, and emphasize teamwork, confidence, and respect.

The role offers a flexible schedule with training, opportunities for more hours in preschool programs, and pay starting at $25 per hour, with potential to earn up to $35.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp setting.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports.
• Energetic, positive personality with the ability to engage and motivate children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between program locations.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Experience working with children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp setting
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports
• An energetic, positive personality with the ability to engage and motivate children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work at least three weekdays from 2:30-5:30pm
• Additional morning and game night hours, along with a few weekends, are available
• Reliable transportation to travel between program locations
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
