Job summary

Amazing Athletes in Florida seeks energetic part-time coaches to lead fun, age-appropriate sport classes for elementary children. Additional preschool coaching opportunities are available for more hours.

Responsibilities include teaching fundamentals, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, ensuring safety, and building positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff while representing the Amazing Athletes brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp settings.
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports.
• Energetic, positive personality with the ability to engage and motivate children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work at least three weekdays from 2:30-5:30pm; mornings and game nights/weekends optional.
• Reliable transportation to travel between program locations.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.

• Teach fundamental sports skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and respect.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment using positive reinforcement.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every participant throughout each class.
• Follow Amazing Athletes’ and Super Soccer Stars’ curriculum while bringing your own enthusiasm and personality to every session.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and school staff while representing the Amazing Athletes brand with professionalism.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working with children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp setting.
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports.
