Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks an instructional leader for the Grades 3-5 building serving approximately 425 students. The role focuses on leading instructional programs and RtI initiatives, with emphasis on improving reading outcomes and staff development.

Responsibilities include supervising instruction, evaluating teachers, and collaborating with staff to sustain high-quality student outcomes. This is a 12-month contract starting July 1, 2027, based in Macomb, IL.

Qualifications

• Degree and licensure in school administration required.
• Master’s Degree in School Administration required.
• Must possess teacher evaluator qualifications (modules 1-5).
• Experience in reading improvement and RtI requested.
• Teaching and leadership experience preferred.

• Appropriate Illinois Professional Educators License endorsed in General School Administration
• Master’s Degree in School Administration
• Must possess the teacher evaluator qualifications, modules 1-5
• Demonstrated experience in the area of reading improvement and experience with RtI
• Previous teaching and leadership experience preferred

Salary/Benefits

$90,000 -$110,000 Range Based On Experience

12 month contract to be offered starting July 1, 2027.
