CUSD 303 is seeking an Elementary Special Education Resource Teacher, LTS for the RISE program at Norton Creek Elementary School. Approximate dates of LTS 3/3/27 - 5/31/27.

Minimum Requirement: LBS1 endorsement. To work as part of our Substitute Team, you will need one of the following: a Valid and active Illinois Professional Teaching License (PEL), Illinois Substitute Teaching License (SUB) (requires a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education).

Qualifications

• Requires LBS1 endorsement.
• Valid and active Illinois PEL or SUB license with bachelor’s degree.
• No Short Term Substitute Teaching Licenses accepted for CUSD 303.
• Fingerprint-based background check from Kane County ROE required; two letters of reference.
• Dates: 3/3/27–5/31/27 for LTS in RISE program.

• Long Term Substitute Teacher Rate: $220 per day
