Job summary

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated team member to assist servers and support management in delivering quality guest experiences. You will help set tables, stock stations, and ensure smooth service during peak hours while adhering to cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires clear English communication, the ability to follow directions, and a detail-oriented, multitasking mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and understand direction in English to ensure safety in the workplace.
• Ability to understand, respond, and engage with co-workers, managers, and guests in English.

Responsibilities

• Setting up tables with mis en place (ketchup, salt pepper, HP and sugar bowl).
• Ensuring all stations are fully stocked and ready for service and maintained during service.
• Setting up candles on the tables.
• Detailing tables before service to ensure neat and organized place settings.
• Delivering bread and water to assigned tables, assisting others as needed.
• Keeping bread warmer organized and full.
• Clearing tables between courses.
• Clearing and re-setting tables for new guests.
• Completing side work before and after service.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
