RIE Coatings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electropolish (Plating) Operator to join our metal finishing team. If you take pride in producing high-quality products and enjoy a busy environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This position offers a regular schedule Monday–Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 3:30pm, with onboarding training on the early shift. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus a $1500 sign-on bonus and quarterly bonuses tied to production goals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in manufacturing or metal finishing preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to train on different shifts during onboarding.

RIE is looking for an experienced Electropolish (Plating) Operator to join our metal finishing team. If you prefer a busy environment, take pride in producing high-quality products, and want to work with a great team, we'd love to hear from you!

Regular Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am to 7:00pm, Friday, 9:00am to 3:30pm - During the first 6-8 weeks, training will need to happen on our regular shift which runs Monday through Thursday 6:00am to 3:30pm and Fridays from 6:00am to 1:00pm.

Overtime: Occasional overtime may be needed on a Saturday.

Pay: $20.00 per hour without experience up to $25.00 per hour with plating experience.

Bonus: $1500 sign-on/retention bonus, plus quarterly bonuses based on achievement of production goals.

What You'll Do

As an Electropolish Operator, you'll play an important role in producing quality metal-finished products for customers in a variety of industries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Rack, mask, clean, rinse, and inspect parts for processing
• Operate and monitor plating equipment and production lines
• Follow established process instructions and adjust equipment as required
• Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure quality standards are met
• Record production information and process data accurately
• Maintain required production and quality documentation
• Work closely with teammates to meet production schedules
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 65 pounds and rarely up to 75 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Maintain good hand-eye coordination and visual attention to detail
• Work around chemicals, coatings, and varying temperatures in a manufacturing environment
