Job summary

Greenwood Fabricating & Plating, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented team member to receive, verify, and inspect materials for plating processes, ensuring conformance to specifications and safety rules.

You will maintain documentation, determine size, composition, plating process and thickness from customer order forms, and perform routine quality checks while supporting a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• Legible handwriting is required.
• Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
• Ability to use measuring instruments, gauges and test equipment proficiently and accurately.
• Proficient understanding of decimals and fractions.
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately read blueprint specifications.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at frequent intervals.
• Must meet attendance, safety and job performance expectations.
• Job requires standing, stooping and bending 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Receives, verifies, and inspects materials for plating processes.

• Maintains required documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead person.
