Job summary

Current Clinic Management, LLC seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing cardiology-focused team. See patients in the clinic, participate in procedures, and collaborate with electrophysiology specialists to deliver Afib care close to home.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, order and interpret ECGs, educate patients and families, and coordinate care across the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Indiana.
• 2–3 years cardiology clinic experience.
• Familiar with Afib and arrhythmias.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills; patient-centered approach.
• Proficient with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• See patients in the clinic, evaluate, follow-up, and consult for Afib and related cardiac conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per guidelines.
• Order, perform, and interpret ECGs and cardiac tests.
• Educate patients and families on Afib management and care.
• Coordinate care across the clinical team and with external providers.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation in the EHR and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to development of clinical protocols and patient education materials.
