The role requires 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience, Virginia RN license or compact eligibility, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing is required.
• BSN or MSN is preferred.
• 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience required.
• Virginia RN license or Compact/Multi-State eligible required.
• All Direct Care RNs need BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with electrophysiology team to ensure safe patient care.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs during EP procedures.

The EP Lab RN collaborates with electrophysiologists, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Education

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)


• Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure

• Virginia RN License Virginia or Compact/Multi-State Eligible.


• All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.

Experience

• 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience required.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
