Qualifications

• Experience with calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to 8 Cardiovascular faculty, including calendar maintenance across multiple locations and dynamic scheduling.
• Plan and execute faculty events, guest lectures, and symposia; prepare agendas and minutes.
