Job summary

TriHealth Heart Institute is seeking an Advance Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant to join the Electrophysiology team in outpatient cardiac rhythm care. The APRN/PA will diagnose and treat arrhythmias, collaborate with physicians, and provide expansive patient management with a focus on quality outcomes.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Nursing, APRN licensure, Acute Care certification, and 3–4 years of relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Graduate from NP, CNS or midwife program.
• Specialty certification in area of expertise must be Acute Care.
• Registered Nurse with APRN Licensure.
• 3-4 years’ clinical nursing experience in geriatric, occupational health, or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Provides leadership and designs cost-effective, high-quality patient care solutions.
• Participates in and promotes evidence-based practice and quality improvement projects.
• Educates patients, families, and staff to support health promotion and disease prevention.
• Ensures ethical, legal, and compassionate nursing practice in line with Ohio APRN scope.
