Job description

Indiana University Health has an employment opportunity for an Electrophysiologist Cardiologist to join their collegial group of Physicians at IU Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette, IN.

Details:

  1. Care for the adult population requiring treatment and medical management of acute cardiovascular conditions.
  2. Established team of 10 cardiologists, including EP, IV and non-invasive Cardiologists, CT surgeons, 2 Vascular Surgeons, and 7 APPs. Hospital-based practice, 50% inpatient & 50% outpatient.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work closely with hospitalists and intensivists to ensure the best care across the acute care continuum.
  4. Responsibilities include seeing new consults and follow-up patients in the ER, hospital floors, and ICU.
  5. EP dedicated cath lab

Qualifications:

  1. MD/DO required
  2. US board certified or eligible in General Cardiology and Electrophysiology fellowship required
  3. Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
  4. Excellent communication skills

  6. Ability to provide high-quality patient care
