Job Summary

Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking an At‑BC/BE Electrophysiologist for a full‑time opportunity to join our Northeast Region locations.

Job Duties

The ideal candidate will be a fellowship‑trained Electrophysiologist. The position is supported by an integrated system‑wide team of EP physicians. The Northeast team consists of 3 EP physicians, 5 advanced practitioners, 3 dedicated EP labs, and a full array of cardiology/cardiothoracic surgery services.

This position offers clinical research opportunities and the chance to teach CCEP fellows.

Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute spans a 45‑county service area and provides care in 5 acute‑care tertiary/quaternary hospitals, 4 community hospitals, and numerous outreach locations. It features multiple accredited chest pain centers, a nationally recognized regional STEMI PCI network, complex arrhythmia ablation, a full range of coronary, vascular and structural heart interventions, and an advanced heart failure program.

The multidisciplinary team participates in outcomes and population‑based research through the Geisinger Center for Health Research; molecular, cellular and genomics research at the Siegfried and Janet Weis Center for Health Research; and trials of new drugs, devices and techniques through the Geisinger Center for Clinical Studies. The Institute serves as an educational venue for five cardiology fellows per year, advanced fourth‑year cardiology fellows, an annual Cardiology Symposium and frequent CME lectures.
