Job summary

• Three years of experience in the testing and repair of electronic equipment.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Teach electronics principles and hands-on practice to inmates.
• Direct inmate work crews, schedule tasks, and inspect quality.
• Maintain and repair communication, security, cabling, and surveillance systems.
• Issue, track, and secure tools and materials used in training.
• Escort contractors and verify proper system operation.
• Maintain documentation for training progress, inventories, repairs, wages, and attendance.
