Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Engineering Technician to join a multi-disciplinary team in Cincinnati, OH. You will design, manufacture, and test electronic and electromechanical devices to support warfighters for the USA and allies.

The role requires hands-on testing, troubleshooting to component level, and data recording using manual and automated equipment. A strong background in electronics manufacturing or defense testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree with 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment and perform electronic testing in a production environment.
• Perform electronic troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Record test data and maintain documentation for production and engineering assemblies.
• Assist engineers in root cause and failure analysis.
• Calibrate test equipment to conform to standards.
• Obtain a US security clearance.
