Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks an Engineering Technician to build, analyze, procure, troubleshoot, support, and validate electronic and electromechanical equipment used in the AMI industry. You will perform validation testing, assist in new test procedures, and maintain test records while supporting production teams.

The role requires hands-on lab skills, proficiency with C# and lab equipment, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• At least five years working within electronics industry performing technician tasks.
• Two or more years’ experience with C#.
• Read and understand assembly drawings and schematics.
• Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office skills on Windows platform.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to solve engineering problems.
• Perform equipment validation testing and document results.
• Assist in development of new test procedures and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment and maintain facilities.
• Fabricate, wire, and troubleshoot test platforms, fixtures, and cables.
• Maintain accurate and complete test records.
