AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. seeks an Electronics Test Technician to perform functional, performance, and environmental testing on electronic assemblies in an electronics manufacturing environment.

You will test systems, subassemblies, and components, troubleshoot malfunctions, and document defects to support production quality. Requirements include an associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience, ability to read schematics/blueprints/BOMs, and proficiency in MS Office and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electronics theory, electrical principles, and basic mathematics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader.

Responsabilités

• Review and interpret test procedures, schedules, wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints and BOMs to determine testing requirements.
• Perform functional, performance, and electrical testing on electronic systems, subassemblies, and components.
• Conduct environmental testing under specified conditions (temperature, vibration, pressure, humidity).
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and document defects to support quality.
• Identify defective components, wiring and assemblies; replace parts or document issues for repair.
• Document test results, failures, defects, and corrective actions per procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production personnel on testing methods and results.
• Read and interpret technical docs and work instructions to complete testing activities.
