Job summary

RMA Electronics Test Technician position in California with OMNI STAFFING seeks a skilled technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair PCB assemblies and electronic products. You will utilize electronic test equipment and follow procedures to verify performance and ensure compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, performing functional tests, diagnosing and repairing boards, documenting results, and preparing units for shipment while adhering to safety and ESD

Qualifications

• Soldering and rework experience
• Ability to use DVMs, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, signal generators, and related test equipment
• Knowledge of electronic components and circuit fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital circuits to the component level
• Ability to read and follow test procedures, schematics, and work instructions

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment and fixtures
• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic products
• Diagnose and repair PCB assemblies and electronic equipment
• Measure and verify electrical performance against specifications
• Document test results, repairs, and product issues
• Package and prepare repaired products for shipment
• Follow all safety and ESD procedures
• Report quality, test, or documentation issues to supervision
