Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Test Technician II - Electronics in Clearwater, FL to perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation of advanced electronics assemblies used in space and defense programs.

The role supports Manufacturing Test Operations, collaborating with Test Engineering, Production and Integration Teams. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a team-focused mindset are essential, with weekend/overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical degree, equivalent military training, or related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an electronics-related discipline.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government regulations.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, DMMs, logic analyzers.
• Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot, follow procedures, and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation of advanced electronics assemblies used in space and defense applications.
• Execute dynamic, thermal, functional, environmental, integration, and formal acceptance testing procedures.
• Set up, program, and operate specialized and general-purpose electronic test equipment.
• Maintain detailed test logs, documentation, event records, and shift pass-down communications.
• Support laboratory operations, safety initiatives, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
