Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years hands-on lab/test technician experience.
• Experience validating electronics tests and quality testing.
• Ability to solder small components (e.g., 0402/0603).
• Experience with firmware/software test workflows and log capture.
• Strong technical writing and test documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product tests and validation procedures on multiple samples prior to release.
• Set up lab fixtures, wiring, and instrumentation for testing.
• Operate lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and data acquisition tools.
• Collect, organize, and extract test data with traceability and repeatability.
• Draft and maintain test reports, logs, and validation documentation.
• Use AI tools to generate and refine test cases and scripts; speed up documentation workflows.
• Assist with debugging by reproducing issues and communicating findings.
