Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Santa Clara seeks an Associate Electronics Engineer for hands-on development, testing, and lab maintenance. You will prototype, assemble PCBs, run test protocols, and calibrate equipment to keep the electronics test lab running efficiently.

You will document results, generate technical reports, and assist engineers with debugging and data analysis to support rapid product innovation in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing semiconductor devices with ATE and bench-test setups.
• PCB assembly skills including hand-solder and reflow of SMD/chip-scale packages.
• Ability to read/modify electronic schematics and debug circuits.
• Experience documenting results in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in device test and qualification activities with data capture.
• Assemble and troubleshoot boards and test fixtures; solder as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe lab workspace and calibrated equipment.
• Troubleshoot bench test setups and record accurate test data.
• Calibrate and repair lab equipment; support lab documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external vendors on equipment and facilities.
