Job summary

Circuit Check, Inc. is seeking a Test Fixture Verifier to ensure CAD data, schematics, and wire lists align with fixtures. The role, reporting to the Load and Wire Supervisor, is non-exempt under FLSA and pays hourly with a full range of benefits.

You will electrically test and rewire fixtures, solder, crimp, and assemble wiring subcomponents, while ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
• Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, wire cutters and soldering.
• Ability to complete wire terminations to standard quality and timing.
• Confidentiality and security of intellectual property.

Responsibilities

• Electrically tests and rewires fixtures; troubleshoots errors.
• Solders connections and crimps connectors to wire ends.
• Cut, strip, bend and form wires for cables and subassemblies.
• Discusses loading and wiring discrepancies with supervisor/engineer.
• Quality check of own work and related rework with engineering input.
• Lays out diagrams for resistor/diode boards per wiring specs.
• Attaches relays, connectors, and other components to fixtures.
• Completes wiring assembly on various fixture plates end-to-end.
