Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer to develop, implement, and execute test plans validating the Hunter Controller product line across hardware, firmware, and software.

Essential functions include designing DVT tests, configuring fixtures, and performing manual and automated testing with strong debugging and documentation skills. On-site collaboration and clear English communication are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of hardware, firmware and software testing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Knowledge of test script creation and executing manual and automated tests.

Responsibilities

  • Develops hardware, firmware and software design verification tests (DVT).
  • Designs and configures hardware test fixtures for DVT testing.
  • Executes manual and automated test scripts.
  • Conducts hardware, firmware and software debugging.
  • Writes defect reports and uses defect tracking systems clearly.
  • Guides other engineers in test setup and performance.
  • Performs quality checks on documentation to ensure high standards.
