Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. in Tallassee, Alabama, is seeking a Test Engineering Technician to maintain and troubleshoot existing test equipment, software and procedures for high-volume production of electronics and consumer goods.

You will assist with execution of test plans, fixture assembly, calibration of hardware, debugging circuits, and cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, process, quality and production teams to improve reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics technology or related field required.
• 3+ years of technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment, software, and procedures for high-volume production.
• Assist with execution of test plans on products, methods, and equipment.
• Assist with test fixture assembly and troubleshoot components and circuitry.
• Interpret schematics, perform tests, and conduct complex troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices.
• Oversee and calibrate hardware and manage spare parts for test equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize manufacturing quality and efficiency.
