Job summary

Ideal Innovations, Inc. at Quantico, VA seeks an Electronics Technician to provide telecommunications and IT support for a mission-critical FBI CIRG program. You will operate in a high-security, on-site environment at the ERF facility, ensuring timely communications and system readiness for hundreds of users.

The role is high-visibility with potential 24/7 shifts, on-call mobilization, and deployments. A Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required, along with strong telecommunications experience

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements as listed: High School with 7 yrs, Associate with 5 yrs, Bach. with 3 yrs; CompTIA SEC+ substitution allowed.
• Five years documented experience in telecommunications and support for communication systems
• Ability to carry equipment up to 70 lbs and to access vehicles
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; polygraph and drug screening on directed request
• Ability to deploy domestically or internationally on short notice

Responsibilities

• Provide telecommunications and IT support for expeditionary missions and FBI CIRG.
• Maintain and service communications equipment at ERF Quantico.
• Attend to 24/7 operations and on-call requirements during deployments.
• Support training and stay current with new equipment and technologies
