Job summary

Donatech Corporation seeks an experienced electronics assembler to join our team in the United States. The role involves hands-on PCB soldering, wire harness assembly, and maintaining strict ESD/clean room standards.

You will interpret schematics, perform inspections, and document corrective actions as needed. Travel up to three weeks at a time to customer sites for on-site repairs and field service; must be able to obtain Secret clearance if required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on electronics assembly, with soldering in various methods.
• Experience assembling wire harnesses per drawings and BOM.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering on PCBs and cable connectors.
• Assemble, crimp, and terminate wire harnesses per drawings.
• Inspect visually and electrically to meet quality specs.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Troubleshoot/repair defective assemblies; document actions.
• Maintain clean room/ESD environments; enforce safety protocols.
• Support prototype builds and low-rate production.
• Coordinate with engineering/quality/supply chain to resolve issues.
• Travel to customer sites up to three weeks; set up workstations and provide on-site support.
• Final cable assembly processing including molding/potting for water-tight barriers.
