Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks an Electronics Technician Maintenance II to join our team in Oak Harbor, WA. The role focuses on maintaining trainer systems, ensuring mission readiness, and supporting instructors and inspectors with required configurations.

Candidates must have four years of simulator maintenance experience, and hold a two-year Electronics Technician credential or equivalent, plus a CompTIA A+ certification and an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Shall demonstrate competence through satisfactory progressive performance as a simulator technician.
• Minimum four years simulator maintenance experience; graduate from a two-year Electronics Technician program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Possess and demonstrate knowledge of trainer operating procedures, performance capabilities, and relationships; support trainer operation and control.
• Set up trainer requirements for training missions and respond to instructor/trainee/inspector requirements.
• Insert initial conditions and parameters for published schedules and ensure integration of trainer components before mission start.
• Respond to instructor requests to load different missions or parameters as required.
• Document all discrepancies and malfunctions on MAFs.
