Electronics Technician, Senior The Opportunity: Troubleshoot, modify, install, and test various types of electronics equipment and devices such as electronic transmitting and receiving equipment, including radar, radio, telecommunication, sonar, audiovisual, and computer systems. Apply technical knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions. Apply skills in restoring equipment operation and evaluate performance and reliability of prototype and production models. Recommend changes in circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance. Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

• Experience with all types of general-purpose test equipment
• Experience with tactical radios including UHF, VHF, and HF
• Knowledge of electronics and electrical theory
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and repair electronics equipment and systems
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with military communications and networking systems
• Experience with development of test procedures
• Experience testing using an Anechoic Chamber
• Knowledge of EMI and RFI testing per MIL-STD 461

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
