Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking an Electronic Technician to install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and test ground-based electronic systems. You will handle equipment such as transmitters, receivers, digital/analog computers, microwave components, and RF devices.

Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, restoring equipment to operation, and using schematics and test equipment effectively. Shift work and remote locations are possible as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Accredited college/technical school education in math, basic electronics, and microwave theory (or military equivalent).
• ISCET certification must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in general electronics and ability to troubleshoot to component level; soldering competency.
• Experience with tubes, transistors, logic gates, and/or high‑power RF devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electronic transmitting/receiving equipment, analog/digital computers, test equipment, and related systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to restore equipment to required operating condition.
• Use diagrams, schematics, and engineering data to troubleshoot and fix issues.
