Job summary

Southwest Range Services is seeking an Electronics Technician to support ASR-9 radar systems and related equipment, performing installation, maintenance, repair, and testing using instruments such as multimeters, signal generators, and oscilloscopes. You will ensure equipment operates within OEM and FAA parameters and maintain accurate site records.

Applicants should have 3+ years in electronics or a two-year technical program, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain security

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive electronics experience or graduation from a two-year electronics program.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, repairs, and installs electronic equipment associated with ASR-9 radar and related systems.
• Applies technical knowledge to determine malfunctions and restore equipment operations.
• Verifies equipment performance to OEM and FAA parameters prior to test support and maintains FAA-compliant site records.
