Job summary

Microwave Products Group in Salisbury, MD is seeking a technician to tune and test filters and electronic components using specifications, drawings, network analyzers, and precision tools. You will follow MOP and ATP procedures, perform QA spot checks, and record data on logs and forms.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, soldering experience preferred, and the ability to read drawings and calibrate equipment. This is an on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related electronics experience.
• Soldering experience preferred; ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Basic mathematical skills and calibration knowledge.
• Ability to interpret bar graphs and pictorial instructions.

Responsibilities

• Tune and test filters and electronic components per specs and drawings.
• Follow Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOP) and ATP procedures.
• Conduct quality assurance spot checks and verify product accuracy.
• Record data on forms, logs, time sheets and other required documentation.
• Operate equipment such as network analyzer, calipers, DMM, microscope, soldering irons.
