Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Electronic Technician in the Long Beach, MS facility to support assembly, testing, and production of electronic devices for surface and subsea applications.

The role requires reading schematics, soldering to J-STD-001, and using test equipment such as oscilloscopes and meters. Travel up to 2–5 times per year; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Electrical assembly including wire harness fabrication and soldering.
• Component installation on circuit boards and testing.
