Job summary

Kelly seeks an Electronics Technician II for a premier manufacturing site in Franklin, MA. You will wire, build, and test electrical control panels and subassemblies, interpret schematics, and support customer projects in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate in Electrical Controls preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in control panel building, wiring, and reading electrical schematics/diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools for drilling, tapping, and assembly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical currents.

Responsibilities

• Wiring and building electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies per customer requirements.
• Reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bills of material.
• Completing point-to-point wiring and installing components including PLCs, relays, lights, switches, etc.
• Maintaining clean, safe work environment and following all safety procedures.
• Mentoring junior team members and leading customer projects.
