Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combined with hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficient in troubleshooting at subsystem and full-system levels using structured methods.
• Able to interpret basic written technical information and apply corrections.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic electronic components and circuits.

Responsibilities

• Test production assemblies and sub-assemblies for correct operation and compliance to specs.
• Set up and modify equipment, calibrate and operate routine tests and manufacturing operations.
• Document results of tests and assembly operations with clear records.
• Maintain standard equipment and facilities and support LEAN/quality activities.
• Provide training and contribute to continuous improvement with the team.
