Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic components, parts, and equipment.
• Test electronic units using standard equipment, analyze results, and evaluate performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings for assembling electronic units.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions independently or with engineers.
• Maintain system logs and manuals.
• Assemble, test, and maintain test equipment or electronic systems.
• Maintain inventory of test equipment and related documentation.
• Attend workshops or training to stay current with test equipment and tools.
• Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot failures to component level.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, lab standards, and test equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of electronics, computer equipment, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of testing requirements, quality control, and production processes.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment. Work hours: Sunday - Wednesday, 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM; Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM. Additional hours as needed.
