Job summary

Enercon Industries is seeking an Electronics Technician for a first shift. You will test, troubleshoot and repair complex electronic systems and boards, working with live power up to 20 kVac at 50 kHz.

Responsibilities include inspection, calibration, data recording in ERP, and in‑house training for customers and staff. Applicants should have an Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience, knowledge of schematics and blueprints, and proficiency with multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot complex electronic boards and systems.
• Experience with live power testing up to 20 kVac @ 50 kHz.
• Familiarity with blueprints and schematics and test procedures.
• ERP data entry and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection prior to applying power to ensure safe operation.
• Set up testing machines, calibrate for proper operation and adjust as needed.
• Thoroughly test products with live power and document results.
• Record data in ERP and other systems for reporting and traceability.
• Troubleshoot issues and take corrective actions on failures.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specs and report defects.
• Test PCBs to validate functionality and perform soldering where required.
• Provide in-house training for customers and staff as needed.
