Lutron Electronics Company, Inc is seeking an Electronics Technician for its Boynton Beach, FL office to join cross-functional engineering teams supporting new product development from concept to production.

This hands-on role involves design verification testing, software testing, hardware prototyping, and test fixture design, with opportunities for mentoring, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing learning through Lutron University.

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, or equivalent required
• Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required
• Familiarity with fundamentals of electricity, basic wiring, and soldering preferred
• No experience required but 1–3 years of hands-on electronics experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, and function generators preferred
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and Lutron does not sponsor work visas for this position

Responsabilidades

• Extensive design verification testing of analog and digital circuits
• Software testing including user interfaces and communication protocols
• Hardware prototyping and reworking
• Design and assemble test fixtures
• Troubleshooting software and hardware (down to component level)
• Assisting in transitioning designs from engineering into manufacturing / production
• Directly supporting end customers
