Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Electronics Technician (Falcon Test) to support instrumentation and data acquisition hardware for propulsion and structural tests. You will perform wiring, sensor integration, and test-stand wiring to ensure reliable data collection in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include calibrating equipment, interpreting schematics, and collaborating with design engineers to diagnose issues from test data.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in instrumentation, control technology, electrical systems, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics theory and instrumentation.
  • Experience with sensors, data acquisition, and test equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex technical assignments involving instrumentation and data acquisition/processing systems.
  • Connect and verify pressure transducers, thermocouples, and other sensors.
  • Install connectors, pins, terminals, and lugs.
  • Calibrate, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot failures and issues from test data.
