Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Electronics Technician Maintenance II to support the Warfighter Training Readiness Solution (W-TRS) for the U.S. Army. You will perform maintenance on training devices, manage GFP, and ensure readiness of TADSS equipment.

Travel up to 75% to CONUS/OCONUS locations; on-site at Fort Polk, LA; you will document maintenance actions in MIS and collaborate with the site lead to maintain accurate records and smooth operation of training systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience maintaining US Army TADSS
• Experience using technical manuals, schematics and drawings
• Ability to learn the W-TRS MIS for controls/recording work orders

Responsibilities

• Install, test, remove and maintain T-IADS kits for the Army aviation fleet
• Troubleshoot and repair military simulators using test equipment
• Travel TDY to CONUS & OCONUS locations to support Army aviation training
• Record accurate maintenance history in the MIS and report updates
