Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Technician for our MMIC Design Center in Richardson, TX. The center comprises over 20 MMIC and Packaging Designers creating advanced RF solutions. Join us to contribute to design, testing, and production of RF components.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF measurements on MMICs, including calibration and testing with vector network analyzers.
• Assist in preparing technical documents like test plans, assembly drawings, and bills of materials.
• Support engineering in testing, visual inspections, and shipping.
• Handle procurement, inventory, and asset management tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Associate's degree in Electronics or related experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with network analyzers and RF measurements.
• Ability to work under a microscope and handle micro-electronic components.
• Eligibility for US security clearance and compliance with export laws.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years RF testing experience with power meters and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with vector network analyzers and advanced soldering.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with CAD tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $24.60 - $39.53 hourly. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible work schedules, and more.
