Job summary

MSR Technology Group in Richardson, TX is seeking a Senior Electronics Technician to bring critical hardware to life. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize complex electronics down to the PCB component level, ensuring high-reliability performance.

You will fabricate and install MIL-38999 and D-Sub cable assemblies per IPC-620 standards, use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers to verify RS-422/RS-232/USB interfaces, and interpret schematics and blueprints with precision.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years hands-on electronics hardware testing, troubleshooting, and assembly.
• Elite precision soldering skills for PCB and cabling.
• Knowledge of IPC-620 guidelines and aerospace-grade cable routing.
• U.S. Citizen eligible for DoD security clearance.

• Fabricate and install high-reliability cable assemblies using MIL-38999 and D-Sub connectors in compliance with IPC-620 standards.
• Utilize multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, and protocol analyzers to validate system performance (RS-422, RS-232, USB).
• Read and precisely execute complex electrical schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications / Skills:

• 4 to 5 years of hands‑on electronics hardware testing, troubleshooting, and assembly.
• Elite precision soldering skills (PCB and cabling) and deep knowledge of serial/USB interfaces.
• Solid understanding of IPC-620 guidelines and aerospace‑grade cable routing.
