Job summary

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command is seeking an Electronics Mechanic Supervisor to lead the testing, troubleshooting, and final adjustment of electronic subassemblies and components.

You will plan and direct work through supervisors, set priorities, and oversee personnel at TDY fielding locations both CONUS and OCONUS. This role requires strong leadership and practical electronics expertise in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead or supervise as an Electronics Mechanic Supervisor.
• Ability to perform supervisory duties by assigning work and judging concurrent tasks.
• Familiarity with testing, troubleshooting, and adjustment of electronic subassemblies and components.

Responsibilities

• Supervise over the testing, troubleshooting, and final adjustment of subassemblies, assemblies, and components used in electronic systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct work through subordinate supervisors and/or leaders, and through subordinate workers directly within organizational segments or groups.
• Determine time and priority for the performance of operations in the work unit.
• Supervise subordinates at TDY fielding locations both CONUS and OCONUS.
