Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in Santa Clarita, CA to help customers find the right Hisense products, provide expert service, and deliver memorable solutions. You’ll stay informed through required trainings and certifications while promoting a positive, confident shopping experience.

You’ll work with the team to meet sales goals, participate in promotions, and continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
• Use skills learned from training to engage with customers, provide them with complete solutions and create positive experiences
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth
